We are a small family owned business that specializes in authentic Mexican food ranging from Chiles Rellenos (& No not the canned ones) to Carnitas to different types of seafood dishes, we offer tasty food for great low prices.

History
Established in 1994
Las Canastas started off as a dream, having been in the food business in Mexico we decided to take a chance here and give it a try. We started off with 6 tables holding a capacity of 20 people. Working as a family thanks to our customers, friends, & employees we have now been opened for 19 years.
Still trying to work as a family and serve you traditional mexican dishes, we hope to be here for many more years to come.
Specialties
We are best known for our Enchiladas, Chile Verde (pork in green sauce) and Mariscada (seafood platter).
Our Chilaquiles and Carnitas (fried pork) are also favorites on our menu.
